IDENTIFICATION OF PERCEPTION, EXPERIENCES, AND PREFERENCES ABOUT FAMILY PLANNING METHOD: A COMPARATIVE METROPOLITAN STUDY

Pakistan is developing country and it has second highest fertility rates in South Asia, due to population growth faces many problems terms of development topic family planning controversial issue Pakistan. The study explored differences choices, preferences experiences along with knowledge married educated, highly educated employed/un-employed women regarding methods. This research was a mix method divided into two phases quantitative & qualitative Data collected through survey type self-constructed questionnaire. questionnaire 6 sections open ended closed questions. 320 were selected for data collection purposive sampling from different employment sectors. In phase I, based on likert scale T-Test applied analyze the results. findings stated that employed un-employed had experiences. It observed no effect choices II, obtained questions then analyzed thematic analysis, six major themes identified i.e. Reasons adopting FPM, Obstacles choose Disadvantages Advantages Stereotypical perception Experiences about FPM. also un-educated than educated. current will help upcoming researchers working area planning.
